The Transportation Security Assistants (TSA) has approved flying with "medical" marijuana and CBD oil. The decision comes after several people were arrested within airports for flying with it.

TSA updated its medical marijuana regulations after the FDA approved an epilepsy drug containing CBD oil.
"Traveling with that particular medication has been an issue," said Jeanie Yamine of Naples. She was prescribed medical marijuana by her doctor only turned it down.
"I have turned downward that treatment choice because for me traveling back and forth to Florida is a must," Yamine explained.
The new policy allows CBD oils derived from hemp.
"That gives me a lot of comfort considering now I tin can cull that option and information technology will make a huge difference in my treatment option," Yasmine said.
